We are excited to announce that this summer we will be offering a five-day course on Slow Leadership at the Summer Peacebuilding Institute in the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University. This marks the first time we have had the opportunity to offer a full, immersive experience devoted entirely to the practice and possibilities of slow leadership.
Our hope is to create a learning space where participants can explore the Slow Leadership framework through practices grounded in mindfulness, Circle Process and deep listening. Together, we will examine how stress, urgency, and unexamined power dynamics shape decision making and workplace culture, while experimenting with shifts in language and behavior that strengthen relationships, foster psychological safety, and open pathways for more collaborative and inclusive leadership.
We are especially excited about what may emerge when people gather with the shared intention to lead differently. If this kind of space resonates with you, we would be honored to have you join us this summer.
